Uttar Pradesh Population Bill Explanation

On the day of  WORLD POPULATION, one of the state from our country witnessed a Drafted Bill regarding population thing. Yes, it is about Population Bill which is Drafted for the people of Uttar Pradesh and it was announced by the Chief Minister Adityanath Yogi . Let's start reading about it...

THE POPULATION BILL.

First we should know about the bill, then we will further read about other aspects from it.

The aim of this bill is to promote 2 child policy for everyone. If you Don't follow this thing then you do have some disadvantages from government side and if you follow this then you have some advantages. Wait, if I say it clearly then it means you will be in benefits if you follow this policy.

But if you don't, then you will be debarred from these benefits by the Government:-

 1. Contesting Local Bodies Polls

 2. Applying for Government Jobs

 3. Receiving Any Kind of Government Subsidy

According to Government this Bill will stabilized the population of the state and it will also increase the development of the state. That's why this bill have some benefits (incentives) for the people who will follow it.

1. Out of Run Promotions.

2. Two extra Increments

3. 12 Months Paternity leave with full salary and allowances.

4. Increment of  3% in the Employer's Contribution under the National Pension Scheme.

5. Citizens of this state who are not government employees will get benefits like rebates in taxes on water, housing, home loans etc.

Necessary Information.

a. This bill is for Married Couples only.

b. Creating a state population fund and introducing population control as a compulsory subject in all Secondary Schools.

c. This bill will be volunteered only and no one will be forced for it.

There will be a meeting regarding this bill on 19 July 2021 and the committee will take the final decision. If they are in favour of this bill then after one year it will be implemented for the people.

WAS IT NECESSARY ? 

We all know that, Population of this country is barrier in many things. We are struggling in our fields because of it but we never understood the main reason behind this. Today the population of UP is approximately 25 Crore and increasing day by day. That's why UP Chief Minister decided to take action on this problem and announced this drafted bill in public on the day of WORLD POPULATION. He is doing this thing for the development of his State and Bringing Opportunities to the peoples. So he decided to go with 2 Child Policy...(rest explained above).

   Surely this will bring some changes in that state.
